This is a gentle first step for anyone who hasn’t worked with me before. We’ll sit together for an hour, online or in person, and I’ll meet you exactly where you are with some energy work, intuitive guidance and a real conversation about what’s stirring in you.

Often through life we can lose parts of ourselves amongst the conditioning, ancestral patterns, expectations, people pleasing, trauma, lack of self worth and experiences along the way.
This journey is all about you reconnecting with yourself, calling yourself home to who you were before the world told you who to be.
Over three sessions we take the time it truly needs, peeling back the layers so you can fully come home. I will show you tools, techniques and rituals you can use in your daily life to continue the process between and after our sessions, and have you back in your wholeness and connected to self.

Quintessence is my sacred 12-month container: an intimate circle of women walking together through the whole year, with 1:1 mentorship woven through it.

The journey includes weekly group gatherings for teachings, ritual and collective energy work, personal 1:1 mentoring, sacred practices to deepen intuition and embodiment, and a circle of kindred souls walking beside you.
